I started to take exercise seriously in my second semester of grad school (Jan 2012) because the experience of it was hell and it really helped me de-stress. Since then, I've been trying to live a healthy and fit lifestyle to keep myself grounded and focused in life. I mainly use this tumblr for fitspiration and to document my food habits in order to make healthier choices. Every now and then, I throw in life stuff that is not related to fitness because I need a place to express my feelings about whatever I'm going through or just need a place to put up random crap. (Not to be taken seriously).
